WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 24-HOUR ADVANCED NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. If you need to change or reschedule a confirmed booking, please provide us with a 24-Hour notice by email.
Missed appointments are non-refundable.

Cancellation refunds:
- Canceled more than 24 hours before – full refund
- Canceled 24 up until 3 hours – refund less 10% or full credit towards any next service.
- Canceled 3 hours or less – non-refundable
